"Someone left their robe in here" Our first morning began with a visit to the Mist Spa. We lifted some and swam in the lap pool, which
was only about 18 yards long. Following the workout, we started out towards Peoria. We stopped at
Burger King before the game. Mark ordered too much and donated his leftovers to Brian. There was traffic
near the Padres stadium in Peoria, so we parked in the lot of a nearby shopping center. A ChickFilA
employee was outside making sure that no baseball fans were parking in the restaurant lot. We didn't
have tickets for the game, so we had to find some. There were some going for $25 or $30 a piece. Brian
and Mark then found a guy selling $17 tickets for $10. That was quite a deal, and the seats were good.

Prior to the game, there was a performance by the Red Baron planes from a nearby airshow.
Inside the stadium, we found our seats and had the first beers at the ballpark. The stadium had speed pitch, but Mark didn't want to hurt his arm. Aaron didn't make it in time for the game, as he miscalculated the time change and had bad directions to the park. Barry Bonds wasn't in attendance either.

Later in the game, Mark acquired Bret Boone's autograph and the Mariners lineup card.
